Recent project - Savannah loft condominium apartment - completed June 2006.

Shayne Packer and son Bryce designed and developed a high-end loft in Savannah, GA as a real restate investment.
We started the project in August, 2005 with just an empty space: old punch-tin ceiling, heart-pine flooring,
and divider walls between us and the adjacent spaces. The 1542 square-foot loft is one-third of the second floor
in an 100 year old building on Broughton Street in historic downtown Savannah.
